the hotel is very clean. It consists of 2 parts, the Marina Beach (close to the sea) and the Marina Country (I think they are apartments)
The location is very clean and in good condition. Super nice well-kept garden facility.

The hotel is situated in dead end - however you must still walk approx 100m from the street to the hotel. You dont hear the cars over there at all! There are no neighbor hotels. You walk about 10 minutes to the place Orosei (to our mind the most beautiful one of the east coast!!!). As most of the people over there have a rental car (Sardinien is rather a travel point for individual holidayers, do not forget!) but you get along pretty well. The streets are built very good and it drives along very pleasantly! I think buses dont drive over there.

There are definitely a german and austrian ladies working at the reception. The italian employees speak partially English, sometimes also only Italian. You must further help yourself in sign language - no problem!

Gastronomy

The breakfast buffet is one of the largest and ampliest that I have ever seen in Italy! the breads just like everywhere are dry, in return there are very delicious italian filled up croissants! The meal hall is huge, small tipp: get for yourself a table outside (You reserve for the whole period of your stay a table where you can sit every afternoon and evening)
It is very pleasant over there!
Food is very delicious - by table wine I recommend rather the white one!

Sport & Entertainment

the hotel has animation which went on our wicks. But that is a matter of taste, isnt it? There are a children pool, lying chairs and sun umbrellas at the pool and on the beach, they are inclusive. - Hand towels must be self brought with or they could be borrowed at the reception.
I have not checked out the sport facilities - there are tennis fields and water sport on the beach.

Room

Definitely demand a room which is not located close to the kitchen. ! Better book with garden view - 1st it is cheaper and 2nd the rooms with seaview inevitably are also situated to the pool side and there is partially animation over there in the evenings! The kitchen is very loud, because the windows are toppled over there! Definitely take a charger with for the electrical equipments! Else everything is very clean, our room was satisfyingly large, pleasant: flagstones on the floor! The rooms are not clairaudient at all - or we had very silent neighbors.

Tips and recommendations

definitely take a rental car - and please book these ones from Germany, it is very expensive over there!!! The place Orosei has night life during the season, as we were over there there was no so much going on (which was also good so!!!). Definitely eat an ice-cream in the ice-cream cafes which you pass by when you get out of the hotel - it is great! :-)
Else you can drive to the east coast with a rental car - Take trips to the Costa Smeralda or in the mountain villages.
