Es ist ein kleines, sehr familiäres Hotel. Direkt am Meer gelegen, nur durch den Strand und eine Straße (nur für Lieferwagen, die das Hotel und die beiden Pizzerien unten im Haus beliefern) getrennt. Da es am Ende des eigentlichen Hauptstrandes (Bucht Sa Caleta) liegt, ist es sehr ruhig und abseits von dem Diskothekenlärm.
