Hotel review for Hotel Melia Cayo Coco

Wir haben uns gedacht, ein 5-Sterne Hotel gebucht zu haben. Bei weitem gefehlt. Das Essen wiederholt sich täglich, bzw. wird unappetitlich mehrmals wiederaufbereitet. Die Reinlichkeit im Restaurant leidet sehr darunter, indem niemand auf angemessene Kleidung achtet. Mit Shorts und offenem Hemd zum Abendessen scheint ebenso normal zu sein wie mit nasser Badekleidung beim Mittagessen. Die besten Gäste an den Bars waren das Personal, angefangen von der Animation bis hin zum Gärtner. Der angrenzende Strand wo sich Nichthotelgäste aufhielten wurde vom Hotelpersonal bestens mit Essen und Getränken versorgt, währen man im Buffet vergebens auf frisches Essen hoffte. Strand, Poolanlage sowie Zimmer sind ok. Gesamt gesehen ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unter Berücksichtigung auf kubanische Verhältnisse weit unter dem Durchschnitt. Meine Bewertung: 3 Sterne.
