As stated by Wolfgang, the hotel is accessible to people with physical handicaps. There is a good choice of bars and restaurants in the hotel´s surrounding. According to Wolfgang, the staff at Hotel Mercedes is very competent and has a great ability to communicate in foreign languages. The atmosphere and the furnishings in the dining and bar areas at Hotel Mercedes were above average. In the reviewer's opinion, the pool was simply fabulous. Wolfgang found the cleanliness of the room to be of the highest quality.
