Hotel review for Hotel Merril's II Beach Resort

Das Hotel liegt zwar super nah am Strand was echt toll ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und typisch jamaikanisch eingerichtet. Passt eigentlich, bis auf den komischen Geruch in den Betten. Das Bad ist sehr renovierungsbeduerftig was sehr noetig waere mit verkalktem kleinem Duschkopf, zersprungene Fliesen, schwarz angefaulter Holzverkleidung um dem Waschbecken und rostiger Badewannenumrandung!!!! Ansonsten schmeckt das Abend und Mittagessen sehr gut, was aber immer das gleich an Auswahl am Buffett geboten wird. Das Fruehstueck ist jeden Tag das selbe (Stellt euch auf tagtaeglichem Toast ein) naja wers mag.....
Jamaika ist mit dem Motto "No Problem" richtig beschrieben und nicht wundern wenn jederman oder "Frau" tagtaeglich bequatscht wird. Das Nachtleben ist ok aber sehr gefaehrlich. Die Piratenstrandbar neben Alfred's und das Alfreds ist sehr gut. Aber zu guter letzt: YS Wasserfaelle, Black River, Appelton Rum Fabrik, Maifields, Negril und "Jamaikaner" sind eine Reise wert :)
