Hotel review for Hotel Neptuno

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem guten, im Jahr 2000 renovierten Zustand. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage zwischen der Schinkenstraße und dem Megapark ist das Hotel bei geschlossenen Fenstern vom Außenlärm nicht berührt. Es ist aber innen sehr hellhörig. Eine Verständigung in deutsch oder englisch ist nicht immer einfach, insbesondere im Restaurant. Das verwundert bei einer Belegung mit mindestens 95 % deutscher Gäste. Das Personal im Restaurant hat einen Kurs in Freundlichkeit dringend nötig
