Hotel
3.0
First of all: the official hotel information and pictures are not correct, the pool had been made larger in the photos (enlargement with a computer photography program), the rooms and the restaurant are not so light like in the photos, it appears rather dark!
The furnishings in the lobby are not the newest, sofas are worn, and a cable hung from the ceiling throughout the entire room! Many older tourists, but was generally not bothersome.
Location
4.0The hotel is located on a large road, which has some traffic noise, and of course wakes you up early in the morning. There are many shopping possibilities around, and also bars and clubs. It is approximately 10 minutes to the beach, which is not bad, you just have to go in the direction of the water.
Service
4.5The employees of the hotel were always friendly, and also when we wanted to exchange the room, it was no problem, almost every employee spoke German, and really strived to help. The floor in the room however was never once free of dust, you had fuzz/crumbs under your feet.
Gastronomy
4.0The food was good, there was always enough there. Also the employees were very attentive in the restaurant. Only we could not try out the scrambled eggs in the morning, it always looked only half done, and the juices were really not good, tasted too sweet, and of a powdered drink. The selection of cold cuts and cheese was not very large in the mornings, and there was no Nutella, only different pastries with a mix of coco and chocolate in it.
Sport & Entertainment
2.5
The pool looked much larger in the brochure (felt cheated, only swam in it once). We always noticed the "occupiers" of the lounge chairs in the morning, although this was forbidden. Two small pools and a few lounge chairs are also on the roof, there you can tan relaxingly.
We did not receive anything or use the entertainment program. The small mini-market under the hotel was expensive, you would rather go a few steps to save a few euros.
Room
3.5We changed rooms after two nights. You should try for the 4th or 5th floor, and try not to receive a room on the side with the street. We were placed on the 4th floor after the second night exactly above the hotel entrance, this was okay, you only heard the air conditioner from your neighbors during the night, and the earliest in the morning the waking of the street. The room was spacious, we only used the balcony to dry laundry. The bathroom was good, mattresses were not too soft, the bed and the towels stunk too bad of vinegar cleaning soap.
Tips and recommendations
Try to receive a room starting on the 4th floor and not one facing the street. There are definitely better hotels for the price on the island. But if you are underway the whole day, the hotel suffices.
You can not forget that this is 4 stars in Spain, and not in Germany.
