Das Nové Lazné (Neubad) ist sehr luxiorös, man spürt jeden der 5 Sterne. Es beginn beim Parken, das ist direkt vorm Hotel möglich bewacht und im Preis inbegriffen, der BellBoy war sofort zur Stelle und brachte unsere Koffer aus dem Kofferraum bis zum CheckIn dann weiter bis aufs Zimmer und erklärte uns dabei die Besonderheiten des Hotels. Sehr angenehm war auch das Royal Resaurant mit klassischer live Musik und einem 6 Gänge Weihnachtsmenü, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Der Wellnesbereich ist nicht sehr groß aber ausreichend und durch das Bad im römischen Stil sehr nobel. Das Personal in allen Bereichen ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, es wird deutsch, englisch und russisch gesprochen. Auffallend ist eine gewisse Ruhe in dem Hotel es wird nicht geschriehen und es gibt keinen Stress. Perfekt zum erholen aber nichts für Ballermanntouristen.
