Holger found the cleanliness of the hotel excellent. There are good dining and drinking options near Hotel Novotel Valencia Palacio Congresos. The check-in process was exceptional. In Holger's opinion, the atmosphere and furnishings in the bar and restaurant areas were superb. Holger said that the leisure activity offering is more than adequate.
