Silvia thought Hotel Nyala was not in a good general condition. As indicated by Silvia, the transportation situation to and from the hotel is extremely bad. The check-in process was not as smooth as it ought to be. In Silvia's opinion, the standard of cleanliness of the restaurant was deficient. Silvia would give the pool about a 5 or a 6 out of 10. The bathroom was alright.
