Das Hotel entspricht einem 3 Sterne Hotel. Die im Katalog beschriebene "Badebucht" ist nicht zum baden geeignet (sehr steinig)! Zum Baden sollte man schon nach Costa Adeje oder Playa de las Americas fahren (es fähr jeden Tag ein kostenloser Busshuttle vom Hotel aus nach Playa de las Americas, ansonsten mit der normalen Busverbindung, die nur einige Meter vom Hotel entfernt ist für 1,60 Euro).
