Hotel Palace is inappropriate for people with physical disabilities. The transportation situation to and from the hotel was rather good. Michael thought, the check-in process at Hotel Palace was quite efficient. Extremely impressive was the level of cleanliness of the restaurant. The children's entertainment and care program at Hotel Palace is horrible. In the reviewer's opinion, the room was moderate in size.
