The hotel was clean. Near the hotel there are excellent shopping options. According to Annegret, the staff has been very well trained in how to handle guest complaints. Annegret found the cleanliness of the restaurant to be of the highest quality. The leisure time facilities were satisfying. Annegret said that the bathroom was pretty good.
