ca. 15 Geh-Minuten zum Strand (aber kostenloser Buspendelverkehr zum Strand und ins Stadtzentrum). Altes Haus- aber gut in "Schuss". Personal sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Umgebung überwiegend Hochhäuser.
