Hotel

Really lovely hotel resort. Only three floors. The beautiful gardens deserve particular mention. Lots of green and there is a children's playground as well as a little zoo. Everything is very clean. Pool was cleaned very thoroughly every morning.

Location

Transfer from the airport about 20mins. Distance to the sandy beach is about 500m. Not a problem though. You can shop in the immediate vicinity. We recommend a tour with the little land train. That's one way of getting to know the towns of Los Christianos and Playa de las Americas.

Service

Reception staff were very friendly and courteous. The employees speak good German.
The way to the room was clearly marked. It was no problem finding the room. Any special requests which we had made in the travel agency beforehand were taken into consideration.
If you had any questions, you could ask at reception at any time.

Gastronomy

There is always space in the restaurant regardless of what time you want to eat. There are only 8 person tables. That was no problem for us, though, since we were part of a party of 8. The buffet was very varied- there was something there for everyone. It was clean and used cutlery was cleared away very quickly.

Sport & Entertainment

The entertainment programme was very extensive and the reps really work very hard. You don't have to take part though- it's entirely up to you. A musical is staged every evening. Before that there is a children's disco. It was outstandingly clean by the pool. The pool itself was thoroughly cleaned every morning. It is possible to hire pool towels for €1.50 a day plus a one-off deposit of €20.

Room

We stayed in the older part of the hotel. The rooms are divided into sleeping area and living area. We had two balconies. The bathrooms are new. Our room had just been renovated. The rooms are a reasonable size. We stayed in Area B and have no complaints about the noise. There is no air-conditioning in the hotel but it wasn't necessary at this time of year. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly everyday and fresh hand-towels were available everyday on request.

Tips and recommendations

We were there with TUI. The TUI service centre is right next to the hotel. Since we travel very often we have several points of comparison. We can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. The hotel, room, garden and pool area are all clean. The food is varied and tastes good. The entertainment is very good, but not obtrusive. The whole staff are friendly and helpful. These are all prerequisites for a good holiday.
