Hotel review for Hotel Parque del Sol

Wir waren als Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort.
Wir waren von der Kompetenz des Servicepersonals im Restaurant nicht überzeugt, da wir jeden Abend selbst Teller, Gläser und Stühle für die 8er Tische besorgen mussten.
Hier sollte sich das Restaurantmanagement ferner überlegen, ob das Abräumen und neueindecken der freigewordenen Tische wichtiger ist, als das Aufnehmen der Getränkewünsche der Gäste.
Auch wenn das Personal immer sehr freundlich zu den Kindern war, wurde uns Eltern das Gefühl vermittelt durch unsere Gruppengröße "unnötige Arbeit" zu verursachen.
