Piccolo ma confortevolissimo hotel non lontano dal centro di Ascoli (dieci minuti a piedi) immerso in una pittoresca pineta, con camere vista pineta dotate di ogni confort, un'ottimo american bar ed un fornitissimo centro fitness dotato di attrezzature all'avanguardia. Da non sottovalutare l'ottimo breakfast mattutino molto ricco.
A pochissimi metri dall'Hotel c'è una Piscina olimpionica coperta ed un campo di atletica leggera ottimo per fare footing.
