The hotel seems to be in pretty good condition. According to Carolin, the transportation to and from Hotel Pinell was satisfactorily available. In Carolin's opinion, the hotel´s staff handled the complaints quite well. The level of cleanliness in the restaurant was ok. In the reviewer's opinion, the leisure time facilities at Hotel Pinell were good. The bathroom was inadequate.
