The hotel seems to be in pretty good condition. Around Hotel Platanista, there are some good places to shop. In Werner's opinion, the hotel´s staff handled the complaints quite well. Werner complained that both the quality and taste of the food could be better. Werner found the beach to be of the worst quality. Werner found the cleanliness of the room to be good.
