Clean hotel with a few small problems

5.5Overall the hotel is very good. It looks fresh and renovated. The arrangement of the facility is in excellent (Restaurant, reception, etc) condition. There are a lot of young guests in the hotel. Most of the guests are English and French. The 'all inclusive', besides of breakfast, lunch and dinner, has all day ice and free drinks (all kind of drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic) at dinner.
Location
4.5The hotel is a bit isolated from the closest city. A bus brings twice a day tourists to the next city. The transfer from the airport is half an hor. One can order taxis at the reception ($20 Euros from the hotel to the airport). The dinning hall and the reception offer a breath taking view of the hotel's private laguna. One gets easily with the elevator to the beach. There are few shops in the surroundings, a supermarkt, but one can find everything in the closest city.
Service
3.0The check-in was not very good because of the bad German knowledge the employees have. The main problem with the service was the lenguage, very few spoke German. The hotel has a hair-dresser and some small shops. One cannot complain about the rooms cleanliness, it is tidy and clean.
Gastronomy
5.0The hotel has 2 bars, a pool-bar and a restaurant. The hygiene in the restaurant and the bars is irreprochable, but in the pool-bar it is not the best. The food is well-balanced: Fruit, meat, vegetables, salad, cheese, gulash, etc.
Sport & Entertainment
4.0The hotel has plenty of activities, from noon until night there are non-stopping activities like beachvolleyball. darts, etc. There is mini-disco at night and a show (Bingo, magic show, loro-show). The hotel has an out-door pool and an in-door pool (heated in October). There are two slides in the outside pool, but one does not work. There is a kids' club (Club Delfin) and a kids' playground.
Room
5.0The rooms are all the same. Each one has two double beds, a TV, small closet and a schoes' closet. The condition of the room is very good. There is air-conditioner and fan in the room. All the rooms have view of the sea. The towels are regularly changed.
