Why is the hotel evaluated so negatively?

Alfred from Bottrop states that this hotel is in good condition. The transportation situation to and from Hotel Playacapricho was quite good. When Alfred visited Hotel Playacapricho in 10/2006 checking-in to the hotel was handled well. Alfred reported that the atmosphere and the furnishings in the dining and bar areas were good. The quality of the beach was satisfying at Hotel Playacapricho. In Alfred's opinion, the rooms at Hotel Playacapricho are immaculate.
