Good for the price
Hotel
3.0The hotel was for the most part in good condition. There were however a few small problems with the rooms, such as for instance some fallen plaster (simply painted over). After a few days our lock broke, but was repaired right away.
Location
3.0It was about 2 min to the beach by foot. It was very clean and the sand very fine. To the miniature tourist train it took about 5 min. There was a large promenade with many small shops as well as restaurants or bars. For really going out to party, though, it's not so great.
Service
4.0Certainly can't complain about the service. There're also a few staff who can speak German.
Gastronomy
3.0The hotel has its own bar as well as pool bar - we didn't use either of them though. The meals are well-varied . . . but we were in Spain, where they eat differently; that's something some people might forget. Personally we didn't like the breakfast much!!
Sport & Entertainment
1.0There were pool tables and a hockey table, however 1) you have to pay, and 2) they're not really any longer in great condition. Well, also there was some entertainment, but it was sometimes already over at 11pm.
Room
3.0The rooms were cleaned every day. We got new towels every day. Unfortunately there was no air conditioner, but upon request one was provided for an additional fee. The safe also had to be rented out, but wasn't expensive (about 1-2 euro per day). The beds were okay.
Tips and recommendations
We recommend you take some mosquito spray (the hotel can't help that at all). The ratio of the quality and service to the price is good. We would gladly come again, however the area is too quiet for us.
