Hotel review for Hotel Princesa Yaiza

The hotel's general condition was fantastic. Getting to the beach from the hotel is a piece of cake. As mentioned by Manuel, the staff has not been properly trained in how to handle guest complaints. In Manuel's opinion, the atmosphere and furnishing in the bar and restaurant areas were nice. The quality of the beach was impressive. Manuel said that the bathroom was pretty good.
