This hotel is not an appropriate option for a family vacation. The transportation situation to and from Hotel Puente Real was quite good. In Alexandra's opinion, the hotel´s staff handled the complaints inefficiently. Alexandra said that atmosphere and the furnishings in the food and beverage areas were substandard. Extremely disappointing were the leisure activities on offer (or lack thereof). In Alexandra's opinion, the rooms at Hotel Puente Real are not clean in the least.
