Hotel review for Hotel Puente Real

Cleanliness in the room and in the hotel was excellent. The reception was neither friendly nor helpful. We will book without meals the next time for sure. Our room was very nice and we were very satisfied with it.
Pay attention when receiving the bill. We had an accident in the sea and we did not receive any help. We had to do everything ourselves, from the hospital to the pharmacy.
