In general, the hotel was kept very clean. Near the hotel there are excellent shopping options. The reviewer felt that the staff's ability to negotiate guests' complaints was good. In Jessica & Michael's opinion, the atmosphere and furnishings in the bar and restaurant areas were pleasant. Jessica & Michael would give the pool at Hotel RIU Monica a positive review.
