Hotel review for Hotel RIU Nautilus

Bei unserer Anreise erwartete uns ein sehr sauberes freundliches Hotel. Das Einchecken funktionierte mit dem deutschsprachingen Personal an der Rezeption problemlos, bei Verständigungsproblemen kam man auf alle Fälle mit Englisch weiter, was wir aber so gut wie nie nutzen mussten. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straße, die sich als sehr laut erwieß, woraufhin wir am nächsten Tag nach einer kurzen Reklamation an der Rezeption problemlos unser Zimmer gegen eines in Poolrichtung gelegenes tauschen konnten. Überhaupt war das Personal im Haus, am Pool und beim Abendessen immer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Abendessen wurde in zwei Sitzungen abgehalten. Es gab ein reichhaltiges Salat-, Hauptspeisen und Dessertbuffet, was sehr lecker war. Das Frühstück wurde auch in Buffetform arrangiert und war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel!
