Great hotel with great beach!

5.0A very nice, especially large hotel in a very good condition!
Location
4.0The hotel is situated on the beach, you dont need any umbrellas, as the beach is full of palms! Wonderful! The hotel is located on a long white sand beach from Negril, it is the 1 st hotel starting from above. However you can always go to the place Negril with the taxi, however you must bargain, as the taxi drivers want to cash per person! Well, till Negil place we have paid 15 US dollar for 6 persons for one way. There is also a taxi stop at the reception hall, however too expensive! You should go further from the hotel and get a taxi for yourself!

4.5The service was great, the Jamaicans are friendly and also funny and also not intrusive like it is often a case in other countries!

There was the best food in Jamaica we had ever had in holiday (we were already in Italy, Greece, Spain, Egypt, Croatia). Very diversified, you could eat for 2 weeks long in hotel. There was always fresh meat for example trutchicken, beef, duck...and then still in addition many great meals from buffet, many fresh fruits, salads and also dessert!
Simply delicious! The 3 specialties restaurants are also recommendable, we have tried all of them and we were excited!

The water quality was wonderful, on real verge of the beach you could see many small fishes, also others as ray, baton fish and starfishes.
The beach was clean and was cleaned every day early in the morning by the gardener.
The palms even have coconuts above which you can also try if you like, of course, with somewhat rum and different juices! There were enough jetski on the beach, also other boats! There was enoug amount of lying charis, you must not reserve at all!
There was animation particularly at the pool, but it was not intrusive. We were always on the beach and mostly played the dart!
Room
5.0The rooms were very spacious and equipped very dark! The bed was huge! A large balcone with 2 armchairs. The bathroom had a bath tub and even 2 washing bowls and the toilet was also in the same room. Everything very clean well-kept.
Tips and recommendations
Definitely make tours! The YS waterfalls are super beautiful and definitely take the Mayfield walking hiking! You should also book a snorkel tour right down on the beach, it is really worth of it!
