The hotel's general condition was fantastic. As highlighted by Karlheinz, the service at Hotel RIU Palace Maspalomas is marvelous. The atmosphere and furnishings in the bar and restaurant areas were very pleasant. In Karlheinz's opinion, the beach is amazing.
