Hotel review for Hotel RIU Palace Tenerife

Even though the travel agency and I personally asked for a quiet room, I had a very uncomfortable room in front of the cargo area of the Sheraton across the street, I could hear all the trucks.
Every day at 03:00 in the morning the garbage was taken away, and the traffic started at 6:00 in the morning.
At the reception they had no idea about my fax or about the travel agency asking for a quiet room.
