In general, the hotel was kept very clean. According to the hotel review of Eckhard the leisure activity options at Hotel RIU Palmitos were good. The staff successfully deals with guest complaints. Eckhard loved the food. In the reviewer's opinion, the pool was simply fabulous. The reviewer thought the rooms were so clean that one could practically eat off the floor.
