According to Helmut, the staff at Hotel RIU Palmitos is very competent and has a great ability to communicate in foreign languages. The restaurant's cleanliness level is excellent. Hotel RIU Palmitos offers a good children's care and entertainment program. Extremely impressive was the cleanliness of the room.
