5.0The hotel fulfilled our expectations. The condition was good and nothing negative could be said about it. The facility was not very modern, but it was good. There were three elevators that took one very fast to the room. The hotel and the pool area were very clean. We had half pension and it was good for us because we had lunch at the beach most of the time. The guests were mostly from Germany and Holland. We liked the idea that in December there were many elderly people, it did not disturb at all.
Location
3.0The beach is 1.5 km away., but one can walk there without a problem. We took the beach shuttle very often (free for RIU guests) too. The closest supermarkt is a few meters away. The shopping centre 'Kasbah', which is the party place at night, was five minutes away by foot. The transfer time to the airport was half an hour. There is also the option to pay for other departure alternatives (a list can be found at the hotel's check in), for those who have the money.
Service
5.5The entire staff was super friendly. Most of them spoke German, and those who did not speak it, made an effort to communicate or try to speak it. The house-keeper was lovely, the room and the washroom where every day exrtemly clean. The check-in was fast and without any trouble. The hairdryer in the washroom was broken, but we told the recpetion and they solved the problem. There was a suttle bus to the beach!
Gastronomy
5.5There was a big dinnig hall where breakfast and dinner were found. One could seat wherever at the breakfast, and one had reserved seats at dinner. Both are served in buffet form and nothing was missing. A good variety, each could find something there (meat, seafood, vegetarian...). The service in the dinning hall was particularly friendly and paid attention to kids.

3.0Sports were not particularly big: Tennis, billiard and pin pon were offered.

The room was ok, the balkony could be said the be big. Air-conditioner available. Mini bar provided. Safe deposit box was also in the room. TV with german channels. Everything was good!
Tipp: Book pool side rooms.
