Hotel review for Hotel RIU Papayas

Das Riu Papayas hängt eigentlich mit dem Riu Flamingo zusammen, gleiches Restaurant, gleicher Pool, gleiche Hoteleinfahrt. Es ist sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und gibt sich Mühe. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig und altmodisch eingerichtet, haben aber einen großen Balkon. Bei den Zimmern an der Seitenfront kann es sein, dass man, wenn man Pech hat, die angrenzende Straße hört.
Der Pool ist sauber.
Das Essen ist das große Plus an diesem Hotel. Abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität, RIU Standart. Zum schönen Sandstrand sind es ungefähr 10-15 min zu Fuß. Man kann aber auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service benutzen, der jede halbe Stunde zwischen Hotel und Strand verkehrt.
Gleich in der Nähe gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, wo man reichlich Utensilien und Getränke für den Tag günstig erwerben kann.
Die Unterhaltung im Hotel ist dürftig. Da es jedoch in der Nähe einiger Shopping Center mit vielen Bars und Discotheken liegt, auch nicht unbedingt nötig. In der Nähe befindet sich auch das Hard Rock Café.
Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel sehr empfhelenswert.
