Hotel review for Hotel RIU Waikiki

Gert would highly recommend NOT going to this hotel with children. There are nice shopping options near the hotel. Gert found that the staff has limited competence in handling guests' complaints. The food was yummy! Hotel RIU Waikiki children's care and entertainment program leaves to be desired. Gert found the bathroom to be of the highest quality.
