Im Hotel Relax Torreruja sind am Pool keine Sonnenschirme erlaubt. Auch selbst mitgebrachte Sonenschirme dürfen nicht aufgestellt werden. Der Pool befindet sich direkt in der sengenden Sonne. Es gibt keinen Schatten am Pool, trotzdem wurde uns nicht erlaubt den Sonnenschirm aufzustellen. Im Übrigen sind in allen Hotels der Delphina-Gruppe keine Sonnenschirme am Pool.
Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr hellhörig und in altmodischem Stil gehalten.
Das Essen ist gut, jedoch sind nach m.E. die Kellner ungelernt und teilweise unfreundlich.
