The hotel´s general condition left something to be desired. In Josefine's opinion, the transportation situation to and from Hotel Rio Mar leaves a lot of room for improvement. According to Josefine, the staff has no idea of how to handle the guest's complaints. The atmosphere and the furnishings in the dining and bar areas are decent. There are no provisions made for caring for or entertaining children Josefine found that the room's amenities and furnishings were deficient.
