Riu Palace, zugleich amerikanisches Hoheitsgebiet!
Für uns war das Hotel wunderschön, aber fest in amerikanischer Hand! Die holländische Generalmanagerin ist sehr kompetent und behandelte uns erstklassig! Wir wohnten in einer Traum-Suite-die Bilder folgen!!!Die Pool-Animation war viel zu laut-für uns zumindestens-die Amis waren erfreut! Den prachtvollen Speisesaal mit kurzen Hosen und Badelatschen zu betreten käme für uns zwar nicht in Frage, aber die Amerikaner finden das normal! Das Hotel wurde sehr schnell errichtet und leidet noch unter Kinderkrankheiten wie z. B.undichten Stellen, wo es stets heruntertropft. Ausserdem ist der Zugang von der Strasse zum Hotel, besonders für ältere oder gehbehinderte Personen sehr steil !
