Preis-/Leistung stimmt leider nicht
Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Es war mit Abstand das teuerste Hotel, das wir jemals gebucht haben. Dafür gab es aus unserer Sicht zu viele kleine Mängel:
- obwohl erst kurz eröffnet Flecken an der Wand
- Kühlschrank dermaßen laut, dass man Nachts den Stecker ziehen musste
- die Zimmertüren klemmen, sind daher zu laut
Bei uns kam es sogar einmal vor, dass nach der Reinigung das Zimmer offen stand
- Personal betritt Zimmer trotz rotem Schild
- Essen war uns zu amerikanisch
- .... viele Kleinigkeiten
Wohl gemerkt reden wir von einem 5* RIU Palace Hotel. Daher keine Weiterempfehlung von uns !!!
