Hotel review for Hotel Riu Palace Madeira

Das Hotel liegt ruhig an einer kleinen Promenade. Der Service und die Gatronomie sind hervorragend. Bademöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Hotel vorhanden - jedoch kein Sandstrand. Unerhaltsungsprogramm am Abend ist gut. Annimation ist praktisch nicht am Tage vorhanden. Rezeption ist sehr gut. Reklamationen werden innerhalb von Minuten gelöst. Das Hotel ist gepflegt (7 Jahre alt) und kleinere Mängel werden nach und nach beseitigt. Essen ist Sehr gut. Personal im Restaurant ist Top. Service am Pool und an der Bar ist noch nicht so gut ausgebildet - es hängt an ein paar Seniors. Das Publikum war zu unsererm Besuch weitestgehenst aus Deutschland (Schätzungsweise 80 %) Rest aus Österreich, Schweiz, England und Frankreich. Sehr viele Paare. Wenig Kinder. Einige Junge Paare (25-35 Jahre), Überwiegend gesetzteres Alter (60+). Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen ist ein Auto. Das Hotel hat einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus der mehrmals nach Funchal hin- und zurück fährt.
