Karsten thought Hotel Riu Palace Madeira was not in a good general condition. The transportation situation to and from the hotel was rather good. According to Karsten, the complaints by guests were quite satisfactorily solved by the staff. The atmosphere and the furnishings in the dining and bar areas were quite pleasant. In the reviewer's opinion, the leisure time facilities at Hotel Riu Palace Madeira were good. According to Karsten, the rooms are cleaned adequately.
