Well-kept, very good service, outstanding food
Reinhard found the cleanliness of the hotel excellent. Around Hotel Riu Palace Madeira, there is some mediocre shopping. The competence of the staff in their ability to communicate in other languages was well above par. When Reinhard visited in 6/2007, the atmosphere and the furnishings in the dining and bar areas were exceptional. In the reviewer's opinion, the leisure time facilities at Hotel Riu Palace Madeira were okay. Reinhard reported that the amenities and the furnishings in the room were good.
