The hotel's general condition was fantastic. Transportation to and from the hotel is ok. According to Siegfried, the staff has been very well trained in how to handle guest complaints. The restaurant at Hotel Robinson Club Playa Granada is clean. One could be happy with the beach Siegfried said that the bathroom was very good.
