Hotel rather good, restaurant and buffet bad
The general condition of the hotel was rather good. There are good dining and drinking options near Hotel Royal Al Andalus. Ilse found that the staff has limited competence in handling guests' complaints. Ilse found that Hotel Royal Al Andalus appears to have given minimal attention to making its food and beverage offerings diverse. The pool at Hotel Royal Al Andalus is pretty nice. In Ilse's opinion, the rooms at Hotel Royal Al Andalus are not dirty but not spotless either.
