Hotel review for Hotel Ruipacherhof

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, lediglich die REZEPTION ist eine einzige KATASTROPHE! Zum Teil relativ unfreundlich und inkompetent obendrein. Man hat manchmal das Gefühl gehabt, dass der Gast an der Rezeption als störend empfunden wird... eine zweite SCHLÜSSELKARTE /Key Card wurde uns verweigert! Nachfrage, was denn das Internet kostet, Zitat: weiß ich ncht, da müssen Sie mal bei der Post nachfragen... Aber ansonsten eigentlich ein schönes Hotel.
