Absolut unpersönliches Hotel, viel Fremdpersonal
Rezepion =KATASTROPHE !!! Hier wird der Gast als STÖREND empfunden. Auf Wünsche wird - wenn überhaopt - stark verspätet eingegenagen. KEINE zweite KeyCard möglich , sie wurde regelrecht VERWEIGERT. KEINE kompetenten Auskünfte an der Rezeption. Sehr unpersönlich . Keine 4 Sterne .... hier sollte der SERVICE sehr stark verbessert werden. Wellnessbereich ab 19Uhr schon geschlossen, Sauna erst ab 16 Uhr möglich , etc. Nicht zu empfehlen, von wegen "Wellness -Parc-Hotel"....
