Keine 4 Sterne wert
Unfreundlicher Empfang durch die Assistentin der Geschäftsleitung. Keine Zeit das Zimmer zu zeigen. Keine Angaben wie das Zimmer zu finden ist. (es gibt 2 Häuser, die nicht verbunden sind) Stempeluhr im Eingangsbereich. Kein Hinweis auf vorhandene Einrichtungen und Angebote. Im Service herrscht ein ungutes Klima. Bar nur spärlich besetzt. Wartezeiten bei Service / Getränken zu lange. Ungeordneter Service. Beim Frühstück Platzprobleme. Spatzen auf dem Jausenbuffet erfreuen die Bedienung. Der Teppichboden hatte einige seltsame Flecken. Das Haus hat vier Sterne, hat auch entsprechende Preise, aber nicht das entsprechende Ambiente und schon gar nicht den entsprechenden Service.
