Hotel review for Hotel Sailing Center

Die Hotelanlage ist in diesem Frühjahr noch einmal ordentlich aufgepeppt worden und ist nun in einem Top-Zustand. Die Zimmer (wir hatten eine Junior-Suite) sind sehr schön und das gesamte Ambiente ist sehr familiär und einladend. Man kann Wassersport betreiben, am Pool oder am See faulenzen oder vom Hotel aus die Umgebung erkunden. Wer gern in der Altstadt bummelt oder verschiedene Bars und Restaurants besucht, sollte sich ein Fahrrad mitbringen oder im Hotel leihen, denn zu Fuß ist es ganz schön weit. Für das Auto muss man außerhalb des Hotels überall deftige Parkgebühren (1, 50-2, 50€ je Stunde) bezahlen und bis Malcesine gibt es sogar einen Radweg. Die Landschaft und die alten Ortschaften um den Gardasee sind wunderschön und sehenswert, man sollte sich aber nicht zu sehr auf "Shopping" versteifen, das kann man in Deutschland viel besser haben. Insgesamt ist der Gardasee ein tolles Ziel für einen Kurzurlaub. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, obwohl das Wetter gar nicht so toll war. Urlaub mit Kindern (gerade etwas älteren) am Gardasee kann daneben gehen, das sollte man sich gut überlegen.
