Hotel review for Hotel Sandals Royal Hicacos Resort & Spa

Das Sandals Royal Hicacos war nach 10 Tagen Individual-Rundreise und Übernachtung in privaten Unterkünften die richtige Wahl für einen entspannten 1-wöchigen Urlaubs-Ausklang. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und absolut freundlich - auch ohne Trinkgeld, über welches sich die Mitarbeiter nach 3 Tagen trotzdem gefreut haben. Juni war die ideale Reisezeit da das Hotel nur halb voll war. Somit war es sowohl am Strand als auch am Pool echt ruhig. Etwas zu bemängeln ist lediglich, daß der Nachtclub in der Nebensaison geschlossen blieb und es Abends keine Live-Musik gab. Besonders lobenswert ist auch das All-Inclusive-Wassersportangebot (incl. Tauchen). Bei Abreise hatten wir gesundheitliche Probleme wegen schlechtem Essen oder einem Virus. Aber das passiert in solchen Ländern schon mal. Wir empfehlen das Hotel für Paare weiter, die Erholung und Entspannung suchen. Wer das richtige Kuba sehen und erleben will, sollte aber vorher unbedingt eine Rundreise durch das Land unternehmen.
