Hotel review for Hotel Santa Lucia

The overall cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired. There restaurant and bar situation around the hotel is horrible. Janine found that the staff has limited competence in handling guests' complaints. Janine complained that there was not enough diversity of food and beverage choices. Janine found the pool to be of a rather bad quality. When visited in 5/2006, our reviewer wrote that the amenities and the furnishings in the room are respectable.
